All of the appointment confirmations are sent via text/email, this is not guaranteed as we rely on technology to do this, please remember to include it in your calendar. It is ultimately your responsibility to remember & schedule your beauty appointments on time!
Please honor your appointment(s): if you must cancel or reschedule, please do so 48 HOURS before your appointment to avoid a non-refundable deposit. Before canceling/rescheduling 48 hours, you are able to receive a deposit refund (fully refundable) & be able to reschedule. 24 hours before cancelling/ rescheduling will result in loss of appointment & deposit ( maybe being able to reschedule). Lash & Brow Policies
MAKE-UP FREE:
Please arrive with no make up as it is harder to wash off mascara from eyelashes. No mascara, eyeliner, foundation, or eyeshadow. A Lash bath is performed, easier for a technician to accomplish the procedure with clean lashes. Failure to follow these instructions will affect lash retention/ healthy lashes.
REMOVE EYE CONTACTS:
Eye contacts should be removed 30-45 minutes prior to the appointment and be used 30-45 minutes after the procedure. Please keep your glasses near. There are risks to the eyes if eye contacts are worn during the procedure of applying eyelash extensions.
AFTERCARE:
Lash Extension & Brow Lamination : Lashes should be washed daily, one pump of lash shampoo onto each eyelid, then rinse off with distilled water, every night or morning, once a day is recommended for best eyelash retention and healthy lashes. The result of not taking care of lashes may be eyelash loss, eye infection, etc. Brow lamination aftercare is moisturizing them daily, as they tend to get dry, and make sure to brush daily as well. It is allowed & recommended to wash eyelashes immediately after appointment/ same day as appointment.
ALLERGIC REACTIONS:
Please let the technician know if any allergic reaction in the eyes occurred before, during, and or after the appointment and if any in the past please include them. If an allergic reaction occurs, eyelash removal is necessary and free of charge.
NO FOREIGN FILLS:
If you arrive with foreign lashes, we will have to reschedule if there isn’t enough time to do a removal or do the removal if there is enough time.
Please disclose any eye injuries, eye infections, or medication/ treatments in or around the eye area.
DURATION:
Each appointment will take anywhere from 1hour to 3hours depending on the service & what it provides. Please make sure you are available these amount of hours & do not rush the technician please.
BOOKING FEE:
In order to schedule an appointment, DayssLuxury LLC requires a booking deposit per procedure in order to secure each appointment, due within 24 hours after scheduling the appointment. For any booking fee to DayssLuxury LLC, full amount could be refundable/ non-refundable for ‘no shows’, or cancellations within 24hours before appointment. Anytime your booking fee has been forfeited, a new booking fee is required to place a new appointment. Deposit is required same day as scheduling before 12am, if no deposit has been received then appointment will be cancelled. Deposit payment can be made with mobile payments through a link received through your phone number or in cash. The deposit will go towards the service. The remaining balance is due at the end of the appointment in cash/ tap pay/ card.
HOLIDAY BOOKINGS:
Holidays are usually available for booking, when booking on holidays there will be an extra $25 charge per service.
LATE ARRIVALS:
Please arrive on time, arriving late will deprive you of valuable service time. A grace period of 10 minutes after the appointment is started, anything, after the estimated time is automatically considered a no-show & deposit is non-refundable. A new deposit is required to place a new appointment. Please let the technician know ahead of time for being late, cannot be 10+ minutes late, you’ll have to cancel and schedule a new appointment. Remember, canceling/rescheduling only 48 hours in advance, (refundable/ able to re-use deposit), if it is unable to follow this, the chance of losing the deposit is possible.
LASH FILL-INS:
Please come in with enough lashes for a fill, ( if you can count them, they are not considered a fill-in.) if not enough lash extensions, depending on the schedule, you will be charged for a full set in order to result in fullness. Lash fill-ins are usually 1-3 weeks after your previous appointment, please schedule on time to avoid not being able to get your lashes done. Squeeze ins available, extra charge.
CHILDREN AND OTHER GUESTS:
Although we love children they are not allowed at your appointment(s). Due to health safety issues, only the client and technician should be present. Please understand that this is a lengthy procedure and you’ll be unavailable during the entire procedure. Other guests may cause distractions and the procedure could possibly take a longer time than usual.
CELL PHONE USE:
As a consideration to technicians/other clients, please silence cell phones. Cell phone use (talking, texting, camera use) is not allowed during the procedure, after the procedure, it is completely okay to use.
Lash 24hour Fix:
This is a free touch-up session just in case of any inconvenience that we can fix within 24-48hours after the appointment. These sessions should only take an hour.
PRICING POLICY:
All prices quoted are subject to change without notice. Purchases and services are final, refund is flexible depending on the situation. DayssLuxury LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, not everyone is a good candidate for lash extensions or brow sessions.
Although we sympathize with illness and family emergencies, we cannot be responsible for any last-minute cancellations or no-shows. Unfortunately, exceptions to this policy are not permitted.
